Feeding Instructions - Only feed what your fish / pet can consume in 1-2 minutes. Remove any uneaten insects after feeding. Insects will degrade your water parameters if left uneaten.
Rehydrate insects by soaking in water prior to feeding. Insects are designed as a treat only. It is not recommended to use as their only source of food.
Storage - Store insects in an airtight container, away from moisture, sunlight and excessive temperatures. Best before: 6 months from purchase. If optimal conditions are met, insects may last up to a year, but potency of vitamins / minerals and nutritional value may degrade after 6 months.
Feed Selection - We recommend selecting foods of similar size and attributes (floating / sinking) to your current fish’s diet. Diet changes, and weaning fish onto new foods may take up to a month. Use the 90% (old diet) to 10% (new diet) ratio to introduce new foods – gradually change the ratio per week by 10%.
